24-hour Cancellation / No-Show Policy - Please respect our time and cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. Our clinic has a 24 cancellation policy so that we can provide services to all of our patients. If you do not call and speak with the clinic regarding rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $36 late fee OR you will forfeit the greatdealsnm.com certificate or LivingSocial certificate.
